Transliteration

tadadho narakāḥ koṭyo dvikoṭyo'gnistato mahān | catvāriṃśatsahasraiśca tadadhastama ucyate

Translation

उसके नीचे करोड़ों नरक हैं; उनके नीचे दो करोड़ का महान् अग्नि है। और उससे भी नीचे चालीस हजार और नीचे ‘तमस्’ नामक घोर अन्धकार कहा गया है।
