वह्निश्च व्याकुलीभूतो गंगायां मुमुचे सकृत् । दह्यमाना च सा देवी तरंगैर्वहिरुत्सृजत्
vahniśca vyākulībhūto gaṃgāyāṃ mumuce sakṛt | dahyamānā ca sā devī taraṃgairvahirutsṛjat
अग्नि भी व्याकुल होकर उसे एक बार गंगा में छोड़ आया; और वह देवी दग्ध होती हुई अपनी तरंगों से अग्नि को बाहर उछालने लगी।
