समागतं च तत्सव विना दैत्यैर्दुरात्मभिः । स्थावरं जंगमं यच्च विश्वं विष्णुपुरोगमम्
samāgataṃ ca tatsava vinā daityairdurātmabhiḥ | sthāvaraṃ jaṃgamaṃ yacca viśvaṃ viṣṇupurogamam
वह समस्त सभा एकत्र हुई—केवल दुरात्मा दैत्य (दानव) छोड़कर। विश्व में जो कुछ स्थावर और जंगम था, वह विष्णु को अग्रणी मानकर आ पहुँचा।
