अध्रुवेण शरीरेण यद्यभीष्टं न साध्यते । पश्चात्स शोच्यते मंदः पतितेऽस्मिञ्छरीरके
adhruveṇa śarīreṇa yadyabhīṣṭaṃ na sādhyate | paścātsa śocyate maṃdaḥ patite'smiñcharīrake
यदि इस अनित्य शरीर से अभीष्ट सिद्ध न हो, तो फिर यह मंदबुद्धि जन, शरीर के गिर जाने पर, पश्चात्ताप से शोक करता है।
