Transliteration

yatnena mahatā tāvatpuṇyairbahuvidhairapi | sādhayatyātmano loko mānuṣya matidurlabham

“महान प्रयत्न से—और अनेक प्रकार के पुण्यों से भी—जीव अपने लिए मनुष्य-भाव को प्राप्त करते हैं, जो अत्यन्त दुर्लभ है।”
