Transliteration

tato gateṣu deveṣu brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ | niśāṃ sasmāra bhagavānsvāṃ tanuṃ pūrvasaṃbhavām

Translation

देवताओं के चले जाने पर लोकपितामह भगवान् ब्रह्मा ने पूर्वकाल में उत्पन्न अपनी ही तनु—देवी रात्रि—का स्मरण किया।
