देवा ऊचुः । योऽसौ वज्रांगतनयस्त्वया दत्तवरः प्रभो । भृशं विप्रकृतास्तेन तत्त्वं जानासि तत्त्वतः
devā ūcuḥ | yo'sau vajrāṃgatanayastvayā dattavaraḥ prabho | bhṛśaṃ viprakṛtāstena tattvaṃ jānāsi tattvataḥ
देव बोले—हे प्रभो! वह वज्राङ्ग का पुत्र है, जिसे आपने वर दिया था। उसी ने हमें अत्यन्त कष्ट पहुँचाया है; परन्तु आप तो सत्य को यथार्थ जानते हैं।
