तदद्भुतं महद्दृष्ट्वा जगर्जुर्दैत्यसत्तमाः । नैतान्हर्षमदोद्धूतानिदं सेहे जगत्तदा
tadadbhutaṃ mahaddṛṣṭvā jagarjurdaityasattamāḥ | naitānharṣamadoddhūtānidaṃ sehe jagattadā
उस महान् अद्भुत दृश्य को देखकर दैत्यश्रेष्ठ गरज उठे। हर्ष, मद और गर्व से उन्मत्त होकर वे अपने को रोक न सके; उस समय उनकी उछलती प्रसन्नता को मानो जगत् भी सह न सका।
