बोधयंति च यावंतो देहीति कृपणं जनाः । अवस्थेयमदानस्य मा भूदेवं भवानपि
bodhayaṃti ca yāvaṃto dehīti kṛpaṇaṃ janāḥ | avastheyamadānasya mā bhūdevaṃ bhavānapi
कितने ही लोग कंजूस को ‘दे दे’ कहकर समझाएँ, पर न देने की लज्जा बनी ही रहती है। ऐसी दुर्गति तुम्हारी भी न हो।
