खड्गेन तीक्ष्णधारेण चर्मपाणिरधावत । प्रविश्य दानवानीकं गजः पद्मसरो यथा
khaḍgena tīkṣṇadhāreṇa carmapāṇiradhāvata | praviśya dānavānīkaṃ gajaḥ padmasaro yathā
तीक्ष्णधार खड्ग और ढाल हाथ में लिए चर्मपाणि दौड़ा; वह दानव-सेना में ऐसे घुसा जैसे हाथी कमल-सरोवर में उतरता है।
