उवाच शक्रं सुप्रीता भक्त्या शक्रस्य तोषिता । दितिरुवाच । अत्रोत्तीर्णव्रतप्रायां विद्धि देवसत्तम
uvāca śakraṃ suprītā bhaktyā śakrasya toṣitā | ditiruvāca | atrottīrṇavrataprāyāṃ viddhi devasattama
भक्ति से शक्र को प्रसन्न कर, उससे संतुष्ट होकर वह बोली। दिति ने कहा—“हे देवश्रेष्ठ! जानो, यहाँ मेरा व्रत प्रायः पूर्ण होने को है।”
