व्यतीता इह चत्वारः शेषे मोक्षस्ततः परम् । एवमायुरिदं दीर्घमेवं शापाच्च कूर्मता
vyatītā iha catvāraḥ śeṣe mokṣastataḥ param | evamāyuridaṃ dīrghamevaṃ śāpācca kūrmatā
यहाँ चार काल बीत चुके हैं; जो शेष है, उसके बाद मोक्ष प्राप्त होगा। इसी प्रकार मेरा आयु दीर्घ हुआ है—और शाप के कारण ही यह कूर्म-भाव आया है।
