भूदारोपि न भूदारं तथाकुर्याद्यथाऽन्यतः । सर्वा लिंगमयी काशी यतस्तद्भीतियंत्रितः
bhūdāropi na bhūdāraṃ tathākuryādyathā'nyataḥ | sarvā liṃgamayī kāśī yatastadbhītiyaṃtritaḥ
स्वभाव से उग्र प्राणी भी यहाँ वैसा उग्र आचरण नहीं करता जैसा अन्यत्र करता है; क्योंकि समस्त काशी लिङ्गमयी है, और उस परम तत्त्व के भय-भक्तिभाव से सब संयमित रहते हैं।
