यह सुनकर विधाता ब्रह्मा ने शम्भु के चरण-कमलों का स्मरण किया। सबका सत्य कारण जानकर उन्होंने तत्क्षण अपने पुत्र को उस कर्म से रोक दिया।
Sūta Gosvāmin (narrating the Sṛṣṭi-khaṇḍa account to the sages at Naimiṣāraṇya)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It shows that remembrance of Śiva (Śambhu’s lotus-feet) restores right understanding: when Brahmā recognizes Śiva as the ultimate cause (Pati), impulsive or ego-born action is checked and aligned with dharma.
Remembering Śiva’s lotus-feet reflects saguna-upāsanā—turning the mind to Śiva’s gracious form and refuge. In Purāṇic practice, such remembrance naturally supports Liṅga-worship as a concrete focus for devotion and surrender.
Smaraṇa (devotional recollection) of Śiva—mentally dwelling on Śiva’s feet—paired with japa such as “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” is implied as a quick means to regain clarity and restrain harmful impulses.
