वही देव सर्व समृद्धि देने वाले हैं, और समस्त भावों को पूर्ण फलित करने वाले हैं; वे नित्य भक्तों के अभिलषित वर देते हैं और सब क्लेशों का निवारण करते हैं।

It presents Shiva as Pati—the compassionate Lord whose grace gives auspicious attainments and dissolves kleshas; worldly prosperity and inner liberation both arise when the devotee turns to Him with bhakti.
The verse highlights Saguna Shiva as the accessible bestower of boons and remover of suffering; Linga-worship embodies this nearness, where the devotee approaches Shiva’s gracious presence for both worldly welfare and spiritual purification.
A practical takeaway is steady bhakti through Panchakshara japa (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with simple Linga-puja (water, bilva leaves) and prayer for removal of kleshas, aligning one’s desires with Shiva’s grace.
