देवदैत्यसामान्ययुद्धवर्णनम् — Description of the General Battle Between Devas and Daityas
एवमन्योन्यमसुरो विष्णुश्च बलवानुभौ । युयुधाते रणे भूरि तत्राक्षतबलौ मुने
evamanyonyamasuro viṣṇuśca balavānubhau | yuyudhāte raṇe bhūri tatrākṣatabalau mune
इस प्रकार असुर और विष्णु—दोनों बलवान—उस महान रण में बार-बार एक-दूसरे से युद्ध करते रहे। हे मुने, वहाँ उनकी शक्ति अक्षत रही और वे दीर्घकाल तक घोर संग्राम करते रहे।
