Sukta 7.83
दाशराज्ञे परियत्ताय विश्वतः सुदास इन्द्रावरुणावशिक्षतम् । श्वित्यञ्चो यत्र नमसा कपर्दिनो धिया धीवन्तो असपन्त तृत्सवः ॥
dāśa-rājñé párīyattāya viśvátas sudā́sa indrāvaruṇāv aśikṣatam | śvityáñco yátra námasā kapardíno dhiyā́ dhī́vanto ásapanta tṛ́tsavaḥ ||
दशराज्ञ के चारों ओर से किए गए परिक्रामी आक्रमण में, हे इन्द्र–वरुण, तुम दोनों ने सुदास को शिक्षित किया और दृढ़ किया। जहाँ उज्ज्वल-प्रेरक तृत्सु, जटाधारी, नमस्कार से झुके और धिया से धीर, दृष्टि द्वारा आगे बढ़े—वहीं अंतःसंयम शक्ति बन गया।
