Sukta 7.53
प्र पूर्वजे पितरा नव्यसीभिर्गीर्भिः कृणुध्वं सदने ऋतस्य । आ नो द्यावापृथिवी दैव्येन जनेन यातं महि वां वरूथम् ॥
prá pūrvajé pitarā́ návyasībhiḥ gīrbhíḥ kṛṇudhvam sádane ṛtásya | ā́ no dyāvāpṛthivī daívyena jánena yātam máhi vāṃ várūtham ||
हे पूर्वजन्मा माता-पिता, ऋत के सदन में नूतन-नूतन वाणियों से अपना प्राकट्य रचो। हे द्यावा-पृथिवी, दैवी जनों (शक्तियों) के साथ हमारे पास आओ; महान् है तुम्हारा वरूथ—हमारे चारों ओर का रक्षक विस्तार।
