नू रोदसी अभिष्टुते वसिष्ठैॠतावानो वरुणो मित्रो अग्निः । यच्छन्तु चन्द्रा उपमं नो अर्कं यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥

Transliteration

nū rodasī abhiṣṭute vasiṣṭhaiḥ ṛtāvāno varuṇo mitro agniḥ | yacchantu candrā upamaṃ no arkaṃ yūyaṃ pāta svastíbhiḥ sadā naḥ ||

Translation

अब, जब वसिष्ठगण द्यावा‑पृथिवी का स्तवन करते हैं, तब ऋत के धारक वरुण, समन्वयकारी मित्र और अग्नि (देव‑इच्छा) उपस्थित हों। चन्द्र‑प्रभ शक्तियाँ हमें प्रकाश का परम अर्क (स्तुति‑गीत) प्रदान करें; और हे देवो, आप सदा स्वस्ति और कुशल‑गति से हमारी रक्षा करें।
