Sita Shown the Battlefield in the Pushpaka

रावण भी अत्यन्त हर्षित होकर अपने पुत्र इन्द्रजित को विदा कर, तत्पश्चात् सीता की रक्षा में नियुक्त राक्षसियों को बुलाने लगा।
Ravana was also content to send away his son Indrajith and calls for the Rakshasa woman, caretaker of Sita.
A contrast of dharma and adharma: Rāvaṇa’s ‘delight’ signals moral inversion—taking joy in schemes that target an innocent captive rather than facing righteous combat.
After Indrajit’s action in battle, Rāvaṇa prepares the next step: using Sītā’s attendants to orchestrate a scene meant to demoralize her.
By implication, Sītā’s coming steadfastness; the verse foregrounds the antagonist’s manipulative intent.
