तृतीयः सर्गः (Bālakāṇḍa 3): Vālmīki’s Yogic Verification and the Epic Synopsis
रावणस्य विनाशं च सीतावाप्तिमरे: पुरे ।विभीषणाभिषेकं च पुष्पकस्य च दर्शनम् ।।।।
rāvaṇasya vināśaṃ ca sītāvāptim areḥ pure | vibhīṣaṇābhiṣekaṃ ca puṣpakasya ca darśanam ||
वे रावण के विनाश, शत्रु-नगर में सीता की पुनः प्राप्ति, विभीषण के अभिषेक और पुष्पक-विमान के दर्शन—इनका वर्णन करते हैं।
(He described) Ravana's destruction, the re-union with Sita in the enemy-city, the coronation of Vibhishana and the sighting of Pushpaka.
Dharma restores social and cosmic order: adharma (Rāvaṇa’s tyranny) is ended, the innocent is restored, and rightful governance (Vibhīṣaṇa’s coronation) is स्थापित.
The war culminates: Rāvaṇa falls, Sītā is recovered in Laṅkā, Vibhīṣaṇa is installed as king, and Puṣpaka becomes part of the return journey motif.
Rāma’s commitment to justice and restoration, and Vibhīṣaṇa’s legitimacy grounded in dharma.
