Bharata’s Vow of Dharma and the Expedition to Recall Rama

The most splendid assembly filled with learned people looked brilliant like the night with the autumnal full-moon.
Dharma is supported by wise deliberation: a learned assembly symbolizes governance guided by knowledge, clarity, and counsel rather than impulse.
The text describes the royal assembly’s atmosphere as Bharata’s political and ethical decision-making is about to unfold.
Not a single character’s virtue, but the collective ideal of vidvat (learning) and clarity in public counsel—conditions for dharmic rule.
