Arrival at Bharadvāja’s Hermitage and Counsel toward Citrakūṭa
अवकाशो विविक्तोऽयं महानद्योस्समागमे।पुण्यश्च रमणीयश्च वसत्विह भवान् सुखम्।।।।
avakāśo vivikto ’yaṃ mahānadyos samāgame | puṇyaś ca ramaṇīyaś ca vasatv iha bhavān sukham ||
यह स्थान एकान्त और विस्तृत है, दो महान नदियों के संगम पर स्थित। यह पवित्र और रमणीय है—आप यहाँ सुखपूर्वक निवास करें।
This sacred and solitary region near the confluence of two great rivers (Ganga and Yamuna) is a pleasant place. You may stay here comfortably.
