पितृमरणश्रवणं जलक्रिया च
Hearing of Daśaratha’s death and the libation rites at Mandākinī
ऐङ्गुदं बदरीमिश्रं पिण्याकं दर्भसंस्तरे।न्यस्य रामस्सदुःखार्तो रुदन्वचनमब्रवीत्।।।।
aiṅgudaṃ badarīmiśraṃ piṇyākaṃ darbhasaṃstare | nyasya rāmaḥ sa duḥkhārto rudan vacanam abravīt ||
दर्भ की शय्या पर ऐङ्गुदी के गूदे में बदरी मिलाकर बने पिण्याक को रखकर, शोक से संतप्त श्रीराम आँसुओं के बीच रोते हुए वचन बोले।
