प्रतीहार्या वचश्शृत्वा राजा परमदुर्मनाः।।।।विषसाद पुनर्भूयो लुलितव्याकुलेन्द्रियः।।
pratīhāryā vacaḥ śrutvā rājā paramadurmanāḥ |
viṣasāda punar bhūyo lulita-vyākulendriyaḥ ||
द्वारपालिनी के वचन सुनकर राजा अत्यन्त उदास हो गए; बार-बार शोक में डूबने लगे, उनके इन्द्रिय-समूह विचलित और अस्थिर हो उठे।
