आत्मोवाच । भवान्को हि समायातो मम संतापनाशकः । विस्तरेण समाख्याहि स्वरूपमात्मनः स्वयम्

Ātman (the Self / inner voice)

Concept: The turning point of liberation begins when the inner Self recognizes distress and seeks the true identity of the liberating guide.

Application: When distressed, ask: ‘What exactly is the force that calms me—habit, avoidance, or truth?’ Seek teachers/practices that can explain their ‘svarūpa’ clearly (scripture-grounded, compassionately consistent).
