नाभिवाद्याश्च विप्रेण क्षत्रियाद्याः कथंचन । नास्तिकं भिन्नमर्यादं कृतन्घं ग्रामयाजकम् ॥ ३६ ॥
nābhivādyāśca vipreṇa kṣatriyādyāḥ kathaṃcana | nāstikaṃ bhinnamaryādaṃ kṛtanghaṃ grāmayājakam || 36 ||
ब्राह्मण को किसी भी स्थिति में क्षत्रिय आदि (निम्न वर्णों) को अधीन होकर प्रणाम नहीं करना चाहिए। इसी प्रकार नास्तिक, मर्यादा-भंग करने वाले, कृतघ्न और जीविका हेतु ग्राम-याजन करने वाले से भी दूर रहे।
