यदि सत्कारमिच्छंति तिर्यग्योनिषु चापरे । क्षीणायुषस्तथा चान्ये नश्यन्ति पृथिवीतले ॥ १७ ॥

yadi satkāramicchaṃti tiryagyoniṣu cāpare | kṣīṇāyuṣastathā cānye naśyanti pṛthivītale || 17 ||

कुछ लोग सत्कार की इच्छा करते हुए तिर्यक् योनियों में गिर जाते हैं; और कुछ अन्य, आयु क्षीण होने पर, पृथ्वी के तल पर ही नष्ट हो जाते हैं।
