पुराणं लेखयित्वा वै ज्येष्ठ्यां स्वर्णाब्जसंयुतम् । यः प्रदद्यात्सुसत्कृत्य पुराणज्ञाय मानद ॥ ३८ ॥
purāṇaṃ lekhayitvā vai jyeṣṭhyāṃ svarṇābjasaṃyutam | yaḥ pradadyātsusatkṛtya purāṇajñāya mānada || 38 ||
हे मानद! जो पुराण को लिखवाकर ज्येष्ठी पूर्णिमा के दिन स्वर्ण और कमल से युक्त करके, आदरपूर्वक पुराणज्ञ को दान देता है, वह महान पुण्य पाता है।
