Adhyaya 91 — The Gods’ Hymn to Kātyāyanī and the Goddess’ Prophecy of Future Manifestations
विद्याः समास्तास्तव देवि भेदाः स्त्रियः समास्ताः सकला जगत्सु ।
त्वयैकया पूरितमम्बयैतत्का ते स्तुतिः स्तव्यपरा परोक्तिः ॥
vidyāḥ samastās tava devi bhedāḥ striyaḥ samastāḥ sakalā jagatsu | tvayaikayā pūritam ambayaitat kā te stutiḥ stavyaparā paroktiḥ ||
हे देवी, समस्त विद्याएँ तुम्हारे ही रूप हैं; और समस्त लोकों की सभी स्त्रियाँ भी तुम्हारे ही रूप हैं। हे माता, तुम्हीं से यह समस्त जगत व्याप्त है। तुम्हारी स्तुति क्या हो सकती है—कौन से वचन उस स्तुत्य को पर्याप्त रूप से स्तुत कर सकते हैं?

Knowledge is sacred and should be pursued and used responsibly; additionally, the identification of all women with Devī implies an ethical mandate of dignity, protection, and non-exploitation.
Not a genealogical/manvantara passage; it is stuti. Conceptually it supports the purāṇic aim of dharma by grounding social ethics (respect) in theology (Devī’s immanence).
Vidyā is Devī’s revealing power: she both manifests as knowledge and remains beyond complete capture by speech—hence the confession that praise cannot fully contain her.
