Adhyaya 72 — The Reconciliation Rite, Sarasvati Sacrifice, and the Birth of Uttama Manu (Auttama Manvantara Prelude)
ब्राह्मण उवाच भूप ! सारस्वतीमिष्टिं करोमि वचनात्तव ।
पत्नी तवेयमानृण्यं यातु तद्वाक्प्रवर्तनात् ॥
brāhmaṇa uvāca bhūpa! sārasvatīm iṣṭiṃ karomi vacanāt tava | patnī taveyam ānṛṇyaṃ yātu tadvākpravartanāt ||
ब्राह्मण बोला—“हे राजन्, आपकी आज्ञा से मैं सरस्वती-इष्टि करूँगा। देवी की वाणी के प्रवर्तन से आपकी यह पत्नी ऋणमुक्त हो जाए।”
