samajāyata caivānyā sarvakāmapradāyinī /
asaṃskāryaiḥ śarīraiśca prajāstāḥ sthirayauvanāḥ
The text portrays a pre-ritual or supra-ritual condition: beings do not require bodily ‘processing’ and enjoy stable youth. Implicitly, later human life—with saṃskāras and discipline—arises when such natural perfections fade.
Sarga/Pratisarga: description of beings’ constitution and powers in a given world-condition.
‘Asaṃskārya bodies’ can signify a state prior to karmic ‘roughness’; as karmic density increases, refinement (saṃskāra) becomes necessary to align body-mind with dharma.
