अनुरागी जनो याति परोक्षे गुणकीर्तनम् ।
न बभ्यति च सत्त्वानि सिद्धेर्लक्षणमुत्तमम् ॥
anurāgī jano yāti parokṣe guṇa-kīrtanam /
na babhyati ca sattvāni siddher lakṣaṇam uttamam //
लोग स्नेहशील हो जाते हैं और अनुपस्थित रहने पर भी गुणों की प्रशंसा करते हैं। तथा प्राणी उससे भय नहीं खाते। यह सिद्धि‑प्राप्ति का उत्तम लक्षण है।

A genuine yogic state expresses as harmlessness and beneficence: others feel safe, and praise arises naturally without self-advertisement.

Fearlessness in others suggests the yogin’s prāṇa is non-agitating; a stabilized field of mind (citta) is perceived by living beings as ‘abhaya’ (non-threat).
