Adhyaya 32 — Rules for Parvana Śrāddha: Foods that Please the Ancestors and Items to Avoid
अन्यायकन्याशुल्कोत्थं द्रव्यञ्चात्र विगर्हितम् ।
दुर्गन्धि फेनिलञ्चाम्बु तथैवाल्पतरोदकम् ॥
anyāya-kanyā-śulkotthaṃ dravyaṃ cātra vigarhitam / durgandhi phenilaṃ cāmbu tathaivālpa-tarodakam
यहाँ अन्यायपूर्ण ‘कन्या-शुल्क’ (अनुचित दहेज/वधूमूल्य) आदि से उत्पन्न धन भी निंदित है; तथा दुर्गंधयुक्त या झागदार जल, और अल्प प्रवाह के कारण कम (क्षीण) जल भी त्याज्य है।
