एवं विचिन्त्य बहुधा निश्वस्य च महीतले ।
उपविश्य ततो भेजे सा मूर्च्छां मदिरक्षणा ॥
evaṃ vicintya bahudhā niśvasya ca mahītale / upaviśya tato bheje sā mūrcchāṃ madirakṣaṇā
इस प्रकार अनेक प्रकार से सोचकर और आह भरकर वह भूमि पर बैठ गई; फिर मदिरापान से मत्त-सी होकर मूर्छित हो गई।
