इति पित्रा सुतस्नेहात् प्रलोभि मधुराक्षरम् ।
स चोद्यमानो बहुशः प्रहस्येदमथाब्रवीत् ॥
iti pitrā sutasnehāt pralobhi madhurākṣaram | sa codyamāno bahuśaḥ prahasyedam athābravīt ||
इस प्रकार पिता ने पुत्र-स्नेह से मधुर और मनोहर वचनों द्वारा (उसे समझाया)। और वह, बार-बार प्रेरित होकर, मुस्कराया और फिर यह बोला।
