भविष्यतां वर्ततां च भूतानां चैव भारत

bhaviṣyatāṁ vartatāṁ ca bhūtānāṁ caiva bhārata

हे भारत! यह भविष्य में होनेवाले, वर्तमान में स्थित, और भूतकाल में हो चुके समस्त प्राणियों के विषय में है।
