अनावृष्ट्या हते लोके ह्य् उग्रे लोकेश्वरैः सह वसिष्ठस्तपसा धीमान् धारयामास वै प्रजाः
Transliteration
anāvṛṣṭyā hate loke hy ugre lokeśvaraiḥ saha vasiṣṭhastapasā dhīmān dhārayāmāsa vai prajāḥ
Translation
भयंकर अनावृष्टि से जब लोक पीड़ित हुआ, तब लोकपालों के साथ बुद्धिमान वसिष्ठ ने अपने तप के बल से प्रजाओं को धारण किया, और पति-स्वरूप प्रभु में स्थित धर्म की रक्षा की।
