Sukta 43
वि ते हनव्यां शरणिं वि ते मुख्यां नयामसि । यथावशो न वादिषो मम चित्तमुपायसि
ví te hanavyā́ṃ śaráṇiṃ ví te múkhyāṃ nayāmasi | yáthāvaśó ná vā́diṣo máma cittám upā́yasi ||
Away we lead thy jaw’s missile, away thy chiefest weapon; so shalt thou, powerless, not speak against me, and unto my will thy mind shall draw near.
हम तेरे जबड़े के प्रहार को दूर ले जाते हैं, तेरे प्रधान शस्त्र को भी दूर ले जाते हैं; ताकि तू निर्बल होकर मेरे विरुद्ध न बोले, और तेरा चित्त मेरे वश में आ निकटे।
