Sukta 14
बलासनाशनम्। अस्थिस्रंसं परुस्रंसमास्थितं हृदयामयम्। बलासं सर्वं नाशयाङ्गेष्ठा यश्च पर्वसु
asthisraṃsáṃ parusraṃsám āsthítaṃ hṛdayāmayám | balā́saṃ sárvaṃ nāśayāṅgeṣṭhā́ yáś ca párvasu
The bone-loosening, the joint-loosening, that is seated as heart-disease—destroy thou all that balāsa, whether it stand in the limbs or in the joints.
बलास-नाशन। अस्थियों को ढीला करने वाला, जोड़ों को ढीला करने वाला—जो हृदय-रोग बनकर बैठा है—उस समस्त बलास को नष्ट कर; चाहे वह अंगों में ठहरा हो या पर्वों/जोड़ों में।
