यो अद्य सेन्यो वधो जिघांसन् न उदीरते । इन्द्रस्य तत्र बाहू समन्तं परि दद्मः
yó adyá senyó vadhó jighā́ṃsan na udī́rate | índrasya tátra bāhū́ samantáṃ párि dadmaḥ
What warlike slaughter, fain to slay, is to-day uplifted against us—there we set, all round about, the arms of Indra.
जो आज युद्ध-जन्य वध, मारने की इच्छा से, हमारे विरुद्ध उठ खड़ा हुआ है—वहीं हम चारों ओर इन्द्र की भुजाएँ स्थापित करते हैं।
