शतं च मे सहस्रं चापवक्तार ओषधे । ऋतजात ऋतावरि मधु मे मधुला करः

IAST Transliteration

śatáṃ ca mé sahásraṃ cāpavaktā́ra oṣadhe | ṛtájāta ṛtā́vari mádhu me madhulā́ karáḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

A hundred for me, and a thousand—O Herb—(be thou) the repellers. Born of Ṛta, O Ṛta-covering one: make for me sweetness, make (all) honeyed.

Translation

सौ मेरे लिए और हजार मेरे लिए—हे ओषधि—(तू) अपवक्तार (दोष-निवारक/दूर-हटाने वाली) बन। ऋत से उत्पन्न, हे ऋत-आवरण करने वाली: मेरे लिए मधु (माधुर्य) कर, (सब कुछ) मधुमय कर।
