Sukta 14
इष्वा ऋजीयः पततु द्यावापृथिवी तं प्रति । सा तं मृगमिव गृह्णतु कृत्या कृत्याकृतं पुनः
iṣvā́ ṛ́jīyaḥ patatu dyā́vā-pṛthivī́ taṁ práti | sā́ taṁ mṛgámiva gṛhṇatu kṛtyā́ kṛtyā-kṛtáṁ púnaḥ ||
As an arrow, straighter yet, let it fly—Heaven and Earth against that man. Let her seize him as a beast is seized: the Kṛtyā, back again, the doer of the Kṛtyā.
ती और भी सीधी बाण की तरह उड़ पड़े—द्यावा-पृथिवी उस पुरुष के विरुद्ध हों। जैसे पशु पकड़ा जाता है, वैसे ही वह उसे पकड़ ले: कृत्या—कृत्या करने वाले पर फिर से लौट आए।
