Sukta 80
इन्द्र ज्येष्ठं न आ भरं ओजिष्ठं पपुरि श्रवः । येनेमे चित्र वज्रहस्त रोदसी ओभे सुशिप्र प्राः
índra jyéṣṭhaṃ na ā́ bharaṃ ójiṣṭhaṃ pápuri śrávaḥ | yéna ime citra vajrahasta ródasī úbhe suśipra prā́ḥ ||
Indra, bring hither for us the chiefest, the most puissant, the abundant glory—wherewith, O wondrous Bolt-in-hand, O fair-lipped, thou didst fill forth both Heaven and Earth.
हे इन्द्र! हमारे लिए यहाँ सबसे श्रेष्ठ, सबसे प्रबल, और प्रचुर कीर्ति ले आ। हे अद्भुत वज्रहस्त, हे सुशिप्र (सुन्दर-ओष्ठ)! जिससे तूने दोनों—द्यावा-पृथिवी—को भर दिया था।
