Sukta 76
वने न वा यो न्यधायि चाक्रं छुचिर्वां स्तोमो भुरणावजीगः । यस्येदिन्द्रः पुरुदिनेषु होता नृणां नर्यो नृतमः क्षपावान्
váné na vā́ yó nyàdhāyi cakráṃ śúcir vāṃ stómō bhuraṇāvājīgaḥ | yásyed índraḥ purudínēṣu hótā nṛṇā́ṃ náryo nṛ́tamáḥ kṣapā́vān ||
Whether in the forest, or elsewhere, he who hath set the wheel in place—pure is the hymn, impetuous in its onset. He whose is Indra, on many a day, as Hotar: for men the manly, the most heroic, abiding through the nights.
वन में हो या कहीं और—जिसने चक्र को यथास्थान स्थापित किया; वह स्तोत्र शुद्ध है, और वेग से आगे बढ़ने वाला है। जिसके लिए इन्द्र अनेक दिनों तक होता (Hotar) बनता है—मनुष्यों के लिए वह नर्य, परम वीर, रात्रियों तक टिकने वाला है।
