Sukta 55
यमिन्द्र दधिषे त्वमश्वं गां भागमव्ययम्। यजमाने सुन्वति दक्षिणावति तस्मिन् तं धेहि मा पणौ
yám índra dadhíṣe tvám aśváṃ gā́m bhāgám avyáyam | yájamāne sunvátí dakṣiṇā́vatí tásmin táṃ dhéhi mā́ paṇáu ||
That share, O Indra, thou assignest—horse, cow, an undiminishing portion—unto the sacrificer, the Soma-presser rich in priestly gifts: in him set thou that; let it not be with the Paṇi.
हे इन्द्र! तुम यजमान, सोम-पेषण करने वाले और दक्षिणा-सम्पन्न को—अश्व, गौ और अव्यय (अक्षय) भाग—नियत करके देते हो। उसी में वह (समृद्धि/भाग) स्थापित कर दो; वह पाणि (कंजूस/लुटेरे) के पास न जाए।
