तस्य व्रात्यस्य । योऽस्य प्रथमो व्यानः सेयं भूमिः

tásya vrā́tyasya | yó ’sya prathamó vyā́nás séyaṃ bhū́miḥ
English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)
Of that Vratya: that which is his first—Vyāna, the pervading breath—that is this Earth.

उस व्रात्य का—जो उसका प्रथम है, व्यान (व्यापक प्राण)—वही यह पृथ्वी है।
