तमृतवश्चार्तवाश्च लोकाश्च लौक्याश्च मासाश्चार्धमासाश्चाहोरात्रे चानुव्यऽचलन्

IAST Transliteration

tám ṛtávaś cārtavā́ś ca ló́kāś ca laukyā́ś ca mā́sāś cārdhamāsā́ś cā́horātré cā́nuvy àcalan

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

After him moved the Seasons and the Seasonal divisions; the Worlds and the Worldly realms; the Months, the Half-months, and Day-and-Night likewise followed on.

Translation

उसके पीछे ऋतुएँ और आर्तव (ऋतु-विभाग), लोक और लौक्य (सांसारिक) लोक, मास और अर्धमास, तथा अहोरात्र भी अनुयायी होकर चल पड़े।
