यज्ञायज्ञियाय च वै स वामदेव्याय च यज्ञाय च यजमानाय च पशुभ्यश्चा वृश्चते य एवं विद्वांसं व्रात्यमुपवदति

yajñāyajñíyāya ca váí sá vāmadevyā́ya ca yajñā́ya ca yájāmānāya ca paśúbhyaś cā́ vṛścáte yá eváṃ vidvā́ṃsaṃ vrā́tyam upaváditi

Verily, he is cut off—from sacrifice-worthiness and from Vāmadeva’s auspicious power, from Sacrifice, from the Sacrificer, and from the Cattle—whoso revileth, knowing him such, the wise Vrātya.

निश्चय ही—जो ऐसा जानकर भी उस विद्वान् व्रात्य की निन्दा करता है, वह यज्ञ-योग्यता (यज्ञायज्ञिय) से, वामदेव्य-शक्ति (वामदेव्य) से, यज्ञ से, यजमान से और पशुओं से—सबसे कट जाता है।
