Sukta 4
मनसा सं कल्पयति तद् देवां अपि गच्छति । ततो ह ब्रह्माणो वशामुपप्रयन्ति याचितुम्
mánasā sáṃ kalpayati tád devā́n ápi gacchati | táto ha bráhmāṇo vaśā́m upapráyanti yā́citum ||
With mind he setteth it in order: that verily goeth unto the Gods. Thereupon the Brahmans draw nigh unto the Vashā, to make request.
मन से वह उसे संकल्पित/व्यवस्थित करता है; वह (संकल्प) निश्चय ही देवों तक पहुँचता है। तब ब्राह्मण वशा के पास याचना करने के लिए निकट आते हैं।
